Meriwhites Dried Albumen 100g

A powdered egg white substitute is ideal for the preparation of royal icing, meringues, and similar bases confectionery goods.

Meri-White is an important ingredient for all bakers and decorators.

Rehydrated meri white can be used for royal icing or meringues.

Must be refrigerated after rehydrating and used within three days.

Ingredients; WHEAT flour, Dried EGG albumen, Sugar, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulators (E336,E327,E270), Dextrose, Stabiliser, (Guar Gum)
