Simply insert the base wires into a cake pick and push into your cake for instant effect. Stem wires can be folded or cut with pliers or a decent pair of scissors.

The wires on the topper have been compacted to enable it to be packed safely. You will probably want to open the wires out again. To do this hold the wires and gently move them to the desired position.
