Sugarpaste & Marzipan

SUGARPASTE is a sweet-tasting, soft, malleable icing which is easy to roll out. It is also known as Fondant, Roll out Icing, Ready to Roll, and Roll ‘n’ Cover. Its primary use is for cake covering, but you can aslo use it with moulds, cutters and for model making. To create your own colours you can add paste and gel food colourings to white sugarpaste or mix different coloured sugarpastes to create new shades.
