Paste & Gel Food Colours

Paste colours are highly concentrated therefore ideal for colouring sugarpastes, flower & modelling paste, gum paste, marzipan, cake lace, royal icing and piping gel. They will not alter the consistency.

Gel colours are highly concentrated and have the same application as paste colours, perhaps a little easier to use and better suited to the novice. Rainbow Dust gel colours can also be added to cake mixes as these are bake stable.
